We Have Commenced Lithium Battery Demo Production

As Solinved Battery Technologies Industry and Trade Inc., which set out with a vision of domestic production in the field of energy storage technologies, we have commenced lithium battery demo production at our new facility in Ankara Polatlı Çekirdeksiz Organized Industrial Zone.

We brought our new project to life at our facility — located right next to our solar panel factory — which has a closed area of 2,500 m². Regarding the installation process, the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change issued a 'No EIA Required' decision. We obtained an investment incentive certificate for our project, and in this investment where we have completed the first phase, we have spent approximately 100 million TRY to date. With the completion of the second phase, we expect the total investment to reach 250 million TRY.

We have structured our facility with the infrastructure to produce 100 units of 32-cell, 3.2V 314Ah container-type battery packs daily. This capacity translates to battery production at the GWh level on an annual basis.

In addition, the semi-automated assembly line we have established has a daily production capacity of approximately 600 units of 51.2V 100Ah (5kWh) batteries. This line will be capable of reaching an annual production volume of approximately 1 GWh. Thanks to the flexible design of the line, we are able to carry out scalable production for energy storage solutions across different segments.

With our new production line, we now manufacture not only battery enclosures but also:

Battery packs for container-type energy storage systems (C&I),

Electric vehicle charging stations,

Solar inverter systems, and

Drive panels for solar drives

within our facility.

This step enables Solinved to expand our product range in the field of energy technologies and further strengthen our vertical integration.
